1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Get Me Leads ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Get Me Leads provides a B2B lead generation platform that retrieves publicly available business contact information (name, phone, website, address) based on user-defined category and city queries. The data is sourced from third-party APIs (DataForSEO, SerpAPI) and reflects publicly listed information.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service.
• One account per person or business entity. Multiple accounts may be suspended.

4. Credits and Subscriptions

• Credits are consumed per search based on the number of results requested.
• Credits reset monthly on your billing date and do not roll over.
• Subscription fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send unsolicited bulk communications (spam) to businesses found via our platform.
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the raw data to third parties as a data product.
• Scrape or automate access to the Service beyond normal use.
• Violate any applicable laws, including data protection and telecom regulations.
• Harass, stalk, or harm any individual or business found in results.

6. Data Accuracy

We retrieve data from third-party sources and make no guarantee of its completeness, accuracy, or timeliness. Business contact details may change. Get Me Leads is not liable for any loss arising from use of inaccurate data.

7. Intellectual Property

The platform, design, code, and branding of Get Me Leads are owned by us. The lead data retrieved belongs to respective businesses and is publicly available. You may use retrieved data for your own business outreach but may not redistribute it as a standalone dataset.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Get Me Leads is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
• Loss of revenue or business resulting from use or inability to use the Service.
• Accuracy or completeness of retrieved business data.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or abuse of the platform. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us.

10. Data Deletion

Search result data is automatically deleted from our servers after 30 days. We recommend downloading your results before expiry. We are not liable for loss of data not downloaded within this period.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users via email or in-app notification. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
